Graphite Black Powder

BizWhite Fine Graphite Black Powder

Black Graphite Powder is renowned for its high electrical and thermal conductivity, making it crucial in applications such as batteries, lubricants, foundry facings, and refractory materials. Its fine particle size ensures optimal dispersion and efficiency in industrial settings.

Appearance: Greyish Black Fine Powder Application: Can be used as a Solid Lubricant, Rubber parts or as recommended CAS Number: 7782-42-5

Application Industries:

  • Electronics & Batteries: As an anode material in lithium-ion batteries for conductivity, and in conductive coatings.
  • Lubrication: Dry lubricant for locks, hinges, chains, and as an additive in greases and oils for machinery.
  • Foundry & Metallurgy: For mold facings, casting iron/aluminum alloys, and creating refractory products (crucibles) due to high heat resistance.
  • Paints & Coatings: Added to paints for conductivity, stove polish, and industrial finishes.
  • Friction Materials: Used in brake linings and clutches for smooth operation and heat dissipation.
  • Thermal Management: For heat sinks and thermal interface materials in electronics.
  • Pencils: The “lead” in pencils is graphite mixed with clay.

Packing: The standard packing units are 50 kg HDPE Bags, 1000 Kg, and 1350 Kg jumbo bags. However, we can also make the packing units as per customer requirements.

Storage: Dry storage at normal temperature is recommended

Once opened, packaging should be firmly closed to avoid dust and humidity.
