RomoCoat 34 PU Polyurethane Paint
RomoCoat 34 PU Polyurethane Pain is a two‑component acrylic aliphatic polyurethane finish with high gloss, very good colour retention and strong resistance to water, chemicals, impact, abrasion and industrial corrosive atmospheres.
Designed as a high‑gloss, light‑fast, weather‑resistant finish coat over suitable primers/intermediates on demanding industrial and OEM structures.

Typical Application
- Finish coat on steel, aluminium, GRP (glass fibre reinforced polyester) and plywood where long‑term gloss and colour retention are required.
- Ideal for exterior structural steel, machinery, tank exteriors, fabricated components, transport equipment and coastal/industrial atmospheres when applied over epoxy primers/intercoats.
Surface preparation & system
- Apply over suitable epoxy primer or epoxy intermediate coat; surface must be dry, clean and free from dirt and dust.
- Old primed/intermediate surfaces must be mechanically roughened (sanded) before PU application to ensure intercoat adhesion.
Health, Safety & Storage
- Avoid inhalation of solvent vapour or paint mist and skin/eye contact; provide forced ventilation in confined or stagnant areas and use PPE as per local and national regulations.
- Store in a cool, dry, well‑ventilated place, containers tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight and heat.
